Laser Ranger Finder
High precision industrial laser ranger finder, Measurement range: 300m, Measurement frequency: up to 10Khz, Measurement value resolution: 1mm. Wavelength 905nm, class 1 (invisible), Standard Compliance: EN60825-1.
LED Information Display Screen
Alphanumeric, Chinese characters, and images can be shown. Automatically adjust the brightness according to the ambient, Dimension:1024mm*1280mm.
Operational Panel
Embedded system solutions, 7-inch touch panel, Emergency button, operation button, and maintenance interface included.
3D Laser scanning & Machine Vision Dual-Mode
Two kinds of high accuracy tracking and locating technologies of 3D laser scanning and machine vision are integrated into the TDYD-001 guidance system, and for the docking aircraft, the most accurate location information can be obtained by final information integration process of the position of aircraft determined by the laser scanned the nose position of aircraft and the position of aircraft calculated by machine vision located the engine and nose wheel of aircraft directly.
Multiple Safety Control
VIDGS has a built-in self-test function which includes: - Real-time detection of cabinet position, - Automatically calibrate the laser mirrors position, - Automatically adjust LED brightness according to the ambient, - Interlock with ground equipment, - Apron scan. The emergency button is connected to the LED and IPC (information processing center), which forms software and hardware redundancy.
Aircraft Verification
If the aircraft is beyond the 16-meter distance from the docking position, the type identification will be carried out. If the identification is not passed, the alarm information will be shown on the LED and HMI.
Apron Scan (optional)
Apron scan is to detect obstacles within the docking region before every docking procedure. This feature can reduce the risk caused by FOD on the apron.
Assist Passenger Boarding Bridge Auto-Docking System
VIDGS can detect the accurate position and misparking of the aircraft, which can be used for the future passenger boarding bridge automatic docking function.
